Guys,
I am looking for low overall cost, good RA or TA and good job opportunities after Masters.

Heres my profile:

GRE - 318 ( Quant - 164, Verbal - 154 )
TOEFL - (Not yet taken. Decent score expected.)
B.Tech - 8.04 CGPA
Diploma - 84.8 %
SSC - 84 %
No research papers published.

I have shortlisted the following Universities:
1. SUNY Buffalo
2. Northeastern Univeristy
3. USC
4. NCSU
5. Stony Brook
6. Rutgers
7. John Hopkins
8. North Carolina State University
9. UCB
10. University of Minnestota - Twin cities
11. ASU (deadline is 1st Dec. I may miss this as my TOEFL is on 1st Dec.)
12. IUB (deadline is 1st Dec. I may miss this as my TOEFL is on 1st Dec.)

Please categorize these as Safe / Moderate/ Ambitious.
Let me know if my shortlisting is fine. If i have missed some good university or if i have included a university not good for CS.
