achievements- 1. Won 1st place and awarded as “The Best Project of SKNCOE E&TC Department 2012-13.”
2. Won 1st place in project competition held by IEEE, Pune section.
3. Also publication communicated to international journal

I am confused in deciding my major field of study between telecom and telecom&network, so which is better ????
Also as my financial background is not good enough so plz suggest me good universities with less tuition fees.
