    confusion guys pls help me out!!!!

    I am pavan from hyd, i got gre 304 and toefl 86.
    I am from ece backgroud.
    I am planning to masters something close to computers but scared of doing computer science totally.
    So interested in networking and all.
    Now should i choose networking from EE depts or Computer engineering Dept.

    In case if i choose Computer engg dept then will i be able to manage the course???
