Thread: B.tech less % with 32 blacklogs , can get visa..?

hi friends read this mess competly and sugg me what to do..!! plz

hi fri i competed b.tech with 60.09 % in month of nov of jntuK university for 2013 pass out ,(one sub left i will complete for sure

in nov), and that 2 i have around 35 blacklogs , but i am intersted to do MS in USA in any university , but i tryed in many ways

to get certificates fro JNTUK to reduce blacklogs , fortunatelly i count find a way to get those, so finally i got a way that to

go with fack certificate which resumbles the original cerificate but even though i will tell i have 8 backlogs for visa stamping

offier , Does visa officer wll have any data base of blacklogs., so that i wnt go with fack cerificate, so if any one know how to

get certifetes from jntuk plz let me know , money is not a ploblem for me plz sugg me what to do guys., so can i get visa guys plz
