Thnx for the reply. I've few queries :

    1) will my backlogs effect visa chances?
2)in second attempt i've shown total of 1.7cr which includes tuition fee, assets etc. I've shown too much funds to make officer sure that i would be return back to India. But I heard that showing of too much funds also makes a student potential immigrant. Is it the case? Can you suggest how much amount of funds should be shown and in what source of funds?

Hi I been in UK for about five years , i did my masters there and returned in 2013 and worked for a while . So I attended for f-1 visa in 2012 for Silicon Valley university ; I have been rejected twice from uk ; then after coming back I applied in 2014 for summer . I got a low gre score of 278 n ielts 6.5 . I went to Hyderabad this time n they rejected again with the same reason of 214(b) . They didn't even check a single document of mine on not even any of my attempts .
Can I try again .??? What are the chances of getting visa .???
Some suggested me to try from a different consulate does it work .. I didn't get review about choosing another consulate . ..??? Can you please give me any suggestions

Vo asked me - why another masters degree .???
I applied for MBA .., I said I want to start up my own business in India

At the end she mentions " I can't go against the London officer " n hands me out section 214(b)

    Same scenario, Same consulate

Same scenario, Masters from UK and worked in UK for 5 years. VO asked me - Why another masters degree. Told the same answer as your's; start my own company. Handed 214 (b).

Thought UK returns would have high chance of visa acceptance cause we returned from UK. but the scenario is opposite. Reject any one who comes for UK. May be they look at UK returns as potential immigrants.
