Is MIS same as MS in engineering management

hi,
is MIS similar to engineering management?
also, i have 320 (q-168,v-152, awa-3.5) in GRE and 103 in TOEFL. gpa - 8.205.
can you recommend some good universities for me for MIS and engineering management?

As per my knowledge Mis is related to management information systems that includes managing of the given information so that it could be reached at the right place at a right time, plus MS in engineering on the other hand is related to IT management.So try doing research and make your own decision when you looking for opting in a better career.

thanks jacob8, i am applying for both Engineering Management and MIS. I guess thats the best way to go for now.
for MIS, I am applying to Texas A&M, SUNY buffalo and Ohio U. and for engineering management, I am applying to Northeastern and Virginia tech. I am still not sure of getting into any of these programs and would like someones opinion on my chances of getting an admit in these programs.
