    Question Shortlisting help for MS in Electrical Engineering

    Hi, I would like to know what universities I can possibly apply to with my profile. I am in my 7th semester of Electronics & Communication Engineering under a VTU Belgaum affiliated College. The following are my stats:
    GRE: 321 (V-159, Q-162), AWA: 3.5
    TOEFL: 108 (R-27, L-25, S-28, W-28)
    B.E. Percentile: 64.6% with one arrear (10EC65 - Operating Systems)
    I will be reappearing for that particular subject along with my 7th semester examinations.
    I am aiming for the fall 2014 intake in USA.
