I have my Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication.
I wish to pursue my master's in Computer Science

My scores are as below:
GRE : quant=168 and verbal=147 writing=3
Toefl : 102
Bachelor's percentage : 67%.
Work exp = 18 months in IT field.

I want to apply for fall 2014.

I want to know which all universities can I apply to?
Can anyone please share the list of "state or public" colleges for ms in computer science
Can I get scholarship?
