I am planning to apply for MS in CS or MIS. Can someone pls evaluate my profile and let me know which universities I can apply for?

My scores:
GRE - 308 (V-150, Q-158)
TOEFL - scores awaited
Work experience - 3+ years
B.E - 80.5%
12th - 96.1%
10th - 91.8%
