Guidance for the below profile pls?

GRE : 309 (Converted from old score - Verbal:390 Quant:780)
AWA : 3
CGPA : 8.5/10
2 Yrs Exp at MNC

Looking for MS-CS and MSIS..

Also any help as to hw we can zero in on the colleges? Totally nervous about it as I havent even started the process nor do i have any1 to help out either..
