Thread: Please suggest me universities

Hello,
I am currently doing final yr B.Tech EEE, I want to apply for Fall 2014 .
My profile:
GRE - 327 ( V- 159, Q- 168 , analytical writing - 4)
Toefl - yet to give (September end)
college acads - 9.47 cgpa ( till 6 sem)
10th - 93.4% (cbse)
12th - 94.8% (cbse)

Internship - 2 month research internship in germany
Publications: 2 IEEE conference papers
4 projects in college

Area of interest - VLSI, embedded system/System design
Please suggest me colleges to apply , few of my friends suggested me to apply for top 10 or 15 colleges, i want to know if I stand a chance …
Also suggest some moderate/safe colleges (with possibility of aid)
