Here is my profile
GRE-285 (151+134+2.0), not will to retake
IELTS- 6.0 expected
Acads- 69.14% (7 backlogs)
No backlogs from last three sem's
Inter- 81.4%
SSC- 71.3%

Please suggest me some good universities for ms in cs which suits my profile at best.

I'm thinking for

NW Missouri State University
Texas A&M Kingsville
University of Houstoun Clearlake

are they good universities?

Also suggest me some good universities for ms in cs that doesn't require GRE for my profile.
