Quant score of 159 and academics of 69% would help receiving acceptance from a good number of universities, no matter the number of backlogs.

Please appreciate that the concept of "backlog" is a phobia created by consultants in India to add unnecessary complexity to the admission process. A backlog ceased to be a backlog when the concerned paper is cleared. In the final analysis, your GPA would play the major role.

Northwest Missouri Univ (minimum GRE requirement 294) Univ of Central Missouri (min GRE requirement 291), Colorado Univ Colo.springs (minimum GRE 148q), Boise State Univ (min GRE requirement 290), East Tennessee Univ (min. 146q+146v) are a few univ which may fit your profile.
    (i) National University, CA & (ii) NPU Fremont CA could be back up universities since chances of admission are very high.
Univ of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast may be ambitious. Do try.

Suggestion: GRE exceeding 300 (somewhere 305+) would help you in getting assistantship. Give GRE another try.

    Good luck.

    Dear Pavanchary

The reputation of ITU CA sucks. The MS one earns from ITU may not catch the attention of employer in any positive way. If I were to pursue MS in US, ITU would be a definite NO. Make thorough inquiry before hitching yourself to ITU.

    Good luck.
