MS in Computer Science, Network Security (3 years exp, Btech, CCNA, RHCSA and RHCE)

    Hello All,
I am intending to pursue MS in below mentioned courses, so need your comments/advise as I am very confused and have lots of questions (thanks to pathetic counseling)

    Academic Background:
Branch/ Stream Percentage Year of Passing
B.Tech, MD University (Rohtak) Computer Science 71% 2006-2010
    Senior Secondary PCM+B 69.7% 2005-2006
    Higher Secondary 81% 2003-2004

Global Certifications : CCNA, RHCSA and RHCE
    Experience Years : 2.5+ years
Course Preference : MS in Information Security, MS in Networks and Telecom, MS in Network and System Security
    Colleges Preference : No Idea
Employer : Reliance Industries Ltd as a System Administrator in 4G R&D.
Current role in Job : System Administration, Network Administration and System Security.

    Questions are:
    1) Which course to pursue? According to what I have surfed, there is no single course for Information Security or Network/System Security.
    2) Universities/colleges to target: Based on my current Employer, academic qualification what are the colleges/universities I should target.
    3) Loan/ Financial Aid Process: Does banks help with that much of loan. I assume at-least a total of 30 lakhs will be required taking into consideration the rupee to dollar conversion of current time.
    4) Modest Score in GRE: Is there any link at which I can get the GRE score to university eligibility information. Please share. What should be modest marks that one should score?
    5) What else is required? TOEFL, IELTS, etc.
    6) Validity of GRE and other exam scores (TOEFL, etc)
    7) How many times in an year one could try getting an admission in any of the US University (FALL/SPRING)?
    8) Complete Process of the admission: Please tell me the complete process from examination to final admission.
    9) Does Work Experience make any difference? If yes what the best way to exploit it.

    Thanks in anticipation,

    Amit
