Hi all,

I want to know how much paper publishing in national and international journals helps to get into a good graduate school, besides GRE score. I completed my B.Tech(Mechanical Engineering) last year but i don't have any such paper publishing. If it really bothers, then please help me how can i get into reasearch paper publishing? Currently i'm working as an Engineer(PLES) in an IT firm.
