You may especially look for : University of Akron (Ohio), Wright State University (Ohio), Texas A&M CC, Southern Methodist University, University of Illinois (Springfield), Univ of Kansas, Univ of New Orleans (Louisiana), Central Michigan Univ, California Univ East Bay, National University (CA), NPU (Fremont, CA), Embrey Riddle Aeronautical Univ Dayatona Beach Florida & Univ of Central Missouri.
If your GRE q is 148 (or above) look for Colorado University, Colorado Springs.

Suggestion: Your good academic track record points out that you are capable of scoring 300+ in GRE. Give GRE another try. Improved score of above 300 will help you in acceptance from universities with good ranking apart from opening avenues for financial assistance from universities.
