    Hi Sandeep,

I am doing my MBA at UMASS Boston. I dont have much idea abt UMASS Lowell. But one thing I can tell you is, its a very good university in the form of funds. They are spending nearly 150 million dollars a year to provide scholarships and funds to students.so if you are looking for economical school, go for it. u need to go there and apply for the scholarships.

I dont have any idea abt living. Please try to catch some of the seniors or Indian student communities in Facebook. Let me know if I can help you further.
