Your chances are bright in the following universities:
GOvernors State Univ Frostburg State Univ, Arkansas State Univ jonesboro, St Cloud State Univ, Univ of Massachus Boston
Armstrong Atlantic State Univ, Univ of West Georgia, Univ of Colorada CO Springs, Alabama A & M, Louisiana State Univ Shrevport, Georgia Southwestern State Univ, Oklahoma City Univ, Widener Univ chester , Univ of South Dakota,
Southern Oregon Univ, Univ of Southern Maine and East Tennessee State University. University of Texas at Tyler: GRE requirement is 300. Your GRE score on conversion comes to 293. However, in view of good academic numbers, if your application is supported by a strong SOP and two powerful recommendation letters, you stand a more than even chance for acceptance in UT, Tyler. Get in touch with Shri Kulkarni, HoD by mail. Good luck.

Univ of Lousiana Lafayette : fair chance of acceptance for 305+ score in GRE .
Other shortlisted univs fit your profile though Cleveland (with avg GRE for MS CS at 299) may be ambitious.
However, a word of gentle caution: Kent State University , Liverpool, Ohio is widely known as one of the universities with the worst graduation record (8.9% of admitted students turn out graduates). Only Southern Univ of New Orleans Lousiana and University of the DC in Washington DC have poorer graduation record than KSU Ohio. Be wise.
    Good luck.
