    about university

    sir, i have got admission from university of massachusetts lowell in ms electronics. so can you explain me is it better to have or not.

    i am a 2011 passed out in ece.
    my btech percentage is 62%
    12th standard percentage is 94.5%
    10th is 81%.
    my old gre score is 950
    my toefl score is 69.
