Please Respond to the Query.. Is there any rejects for NPU.. and i want to know whether NPU is good one or not.. I Was Interested in that University but my consultancy people are saying that we don't support that university and there are more chances of visa getting rejected.. Is the information provided is true or not... please help me....

Please browse face book page "northwestern polytechnic university fall 2013". you will find good number of indian students landing in npu, fremont, ca -- obviously with valid visa. NPU is ranked 22 computer school in the State of California and 189 computer school in the USA. Since NPU is only accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS), there could be issues in transfer of credits to other universities, if need arises.

There are, in USA, three types of accrediting bodies: national, regional and specialized. ACICS is a national accrediting agency. ACICS is recognised by the US Department of Education as a national accrediting agency. northwestern polytechnic university is accredited by ACICS. Not all universities in USA accept transfer credits from institutions accredited by national accrediting bodies although quite a few universities do accept. I may stress that the legitimacy of northwestern polytechnic university is never in doubt as the university has been recognised by the State of California as a degree granting institution.
