Hi ,I am not able to get any dates for toefl in chennai,bglr,tvndrm,secendrabad,Hyderabad,Mysore till october 27th 2013 but dates are available in Delhi,Mumbai Allahabad. Is it becoz it is not yet opened for the centres above or all dates are booked??If all dates are booked should i wait for anyone to cancel or i need to book in delhi itself?i need to take it before october last weeks as i m planning to join in Fall 2014 pls advice
