I have passed my B.E.Mechanical (Production) with 53% in year 2011 with more than 20 backlocks and i want to pursue my masters in mechanical engg from US do suggest me some universities as per my profile and i will be done with my GRE/IELTS by end of march. and let me know on what grounds the visa is given.

Hi I have done with my IELTS and applied for MBA. I am not done with my GRE TEST as the university i applied does not require so do i need to still write it just to attend visa consulate or i can attend it without GRE scores and is it important to have GRE scores though the university does not require and what will be my chances of getting a visa on this grounds.
