Hello,
Thanks a lot for your quick reply.
Can you please help me understand the impact if i take up ITP (Interdisciplinary telecomm prog) at boulder instead of MSEE (Since its ambi for my profile), Also telecomm at UTD (instead of MSEE [based on my chances])
Appreciate your help regarding this..
its completely upto u...
think this way-
u get into a higher uni,but in a different specialization which wasnt ur 1st preference. will u be happy with that? what matters most is the path u choose not the uni's rank...if u r in a decent uni and happy doing ur interested course then that will be more beneficial to u in a long run... ranks of universities doesnt matter much in US..
Hello, Thank you again for your advice, there is just one last piece of information I need from you, recently I had been told that MS-EE-Control Systems does have jobs on offer but most of them involve a green card due to security issues and this thins down the number of opportunities as in comparison with VLSI and Embedded systems.
Can you please advice on this, as this brought me back to square one-course selection.
My background is Instrumentation and it is not necessarily my area of interest and hence the course choice is flexible.
Thank you for your timely help!
choosing the path is completely up to u.. decide prudently.. neither i nor someone else could (rather 'SHOULD') do this in lieu of u.
Bro, I have scored 315(152v and 163q) with 3.0 AWA. I have applied to North Carolina State University, but its deadline is over.
I am wondering If I should apply to University of California-San diego, and what are the chances of getting an admit. I intend to go for MS in Electrical.
