my profile is 10-82%
12-90.3%
B.tech (ece)-8.97/10
and my gre score is 302,now i am writing my toefl,i have 1 internship ,and i have 3 paper publications
1-IEEE,2- international journals.i want to do ms in electrical engineering
plz, give me suggestions for universities for this profile there is any chance to get
admission in top colleges.and plz.suggest top colleges for the profile without gre score
