Eligibility for MS in CS, MIS

    Hi,

I did my Bachelors in Information Technology ( 3 year degree course).
I have 9 years work experience in IT.
As per my knowledge most of the universities in US require 16 years of education.

Few years back, one of the education evaluation firm evaluated my education plus 3 years work experience in IT and said it is equivalent to US 12 + 4.

Am I eligible for applying masters in US?

    Thanks,
    San

Nope. Work experience doesn’t count towards Education. Different Education evaluation firms do the evaluation differently. Get the Evaluation from WES which is a reliable company.
There are lot of universities accepting student with 15 yrs of education.
For profile evaluation please add your Scores, Academics to your admission profile. If you have already applied please add the univ list. To Edit your profile visit

University groups. If the univ group you are applying is not listed, please create a group by your own.

    Hi,

Yes I understand. Actually I had got an RFE back in 2007 for H1. I used that evaluation and got through. So I was hoping I can use the same evaluation for MS.
I worked in US for 4 years.

    Thanks
    San
