Thread: Spring 2012 or Fall 2013.

Hello,
I am pursuing B.E. Computer Science from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. I will be graduating by May 2012. Actually, I am too late to take admissions for MS in USA in Fall 2012. I have decided to skip this semester or whole year and do something extra curricular in India for one year (maybe another short term course).

My plans are to attempt GRE in May, June 2012 after my Bachelor graduation and apply for Spring semester or skip one year and go for Fall 2013.

Is there any disadvantage of taking admissions in Spring semester over Fall semester in USA?

Need some help.
