Rohit,
To be honest, it shouldn't. There are multiple requirements (GRE/TOEFL/Work experience) for admission into a good university including under-grad GPA. You still have 2 more years to complete your engineering. Try to improve your GPA in the next 2 years that would certainly help you to get into a good university with funding.

Good luck and start preparing for GRE.
