Northeastern can be quite tough to gain admission into. University of Florida and Iowa state are good schools and you should be able to gain admission. May I suggest that you take a look at UMBC. I am currently a student there and its a very good school for computer science degrees.

Virginia state is definitely a good choice. Not very sure about the others.

    Hi Subadhra,

Your profile seems to be good as you have a lot of work experience. With almost 5 years experience I think it is not a great idea to apply for MS. Apply for a program with a combination of MBA and MS. This is my suggestion based on your profile which will help you a lot for quick career growth.

Apply for University of Virginia, Charrlotesville instead of Virginia State University.
TAMU Kingsville is kind of ok and a safe university
University of South Dakota - Small university - not so great and safe bet.
Apply for GMU a very gud university for CS with great research.

By the way I work in Virginia.

Applying for Fall 2013 may be little late. Also the funding chances might be less. See if you can apply for spring 2014 where you will have very good chances of funding with your profile credentials.
