Hi all
My profile:-
GRE
quant;-163

toefl-112
colg -80.8
wrk ex.- 2.5
Based on this profile I had applied to nine universities...Out of which i have gt admits from only 2 : - Syracuse and UTD and rejection from UBC,McGill,Umass,UWis Madison.. what do u say was there some problem with my univ selection or I did not form my application properly...?

awesome profile.. may b u would have missed some points in SOP to attract the professors reading ur profile.. try to prepare better SOP

Hi everybody, same situation here , -
My profile:-
GRE 310
maths;-161
english-149
TOEFL-102
UG percentage-80
work experience- 7.5 in IT
I have applied for electronics in 10 universities , got rejection from 7 , remaining only UTD , TAMU and Virginia Tech. And I assume , I shall get no calls from these as well! what a tragedy.
I understand there is a real problem with my SOP essay ,and maybe my resume. I need to focus more on academics part than work experience.
Any suggestions? I am planning to start all over again - sit for GRE again.
