Urgent! Need Your suggestions...
I am an Electronics & Communication engg. student with acads of 68% in a reputated Engg college.
Gre=304
Toefl=90
No papers.
No job experience.
I wish to apply for FALL 2013.
I got an admit from SUNY Binghamton in Computer Engineering major (Master of Engineering). The problem is that, this Major does not have any projects etc. Now, I am awaiting a response from UNT (Comp Engg course).
So what wud be a better option now?
I thought of applying in Computer Science in other universities (Branch Transfer from ECE to CS)
Deadlines are approaching soon.
So can anyone please suggest me two safe admit universities.
Tuition fee range of universities can be 15,000$ to 20,000$
I owe them my very very heartful thanks. Please suggest me.

check out uncc( i20 amount for 12 mnths is 30000$ including living expences), niu, siu, njit,nyit, univ of south alabama, univ of alabama huntsville, univ of Houston clearlake.. check them out i dont know the exact fee range of these univ's but their deadlines have not yet been completed good luck..
