Selecting universities for Computer Science depending on scholarship/fundings offered

Hi,

I am planning to go for MS (Computer Science) and I'm unsure about the scholarship/fundings strategies of various universities. Also, I want to specialize in Information Security. Any particular list of universities that are good for this course?

Please advise in filtering universities by these criteria.

I did not mention the profile coz I havent given GRE yet. M still in planning phase. Trying to find the schools I should aim for and finding out their requirements in ways like score, tution fees, etc.
I have completed my Bachelor in Engg. (CS) from Pune University and currently taking some work exp in Java/Javascript and UI Frameworks coding.

Profile does not only mean GRE and TOEFL, it also includes your UG gpa, projects, work experience and all. Try to figure out your list and then we can discuss other stuff!
