U should try for the universities stated below:-

Florida International University
San Francisco State university
Rochester Institute of Technology
Florida Institute of technology

I think these would be the sure shot universities for u.....

Houston Clearlake is also the good option u should go for this university also........

I would suggest u to check even these universities..... FSU, lamar, NIU, UNCC, arkansas tech, csu sacramento, NWMSU......

Check for houston clearlake deadlines...

now i have infosys joining in sept.
i am still confused to go for ms or infy.
can you plz suggest good univ. safe and moderate boh.

See if u want to take admission for coming fall semester then i'll suggest you to apply. But if this is not the issue i recommend you to retake GRE as ur GRE and grad score are very low.....

Rather than consultancy, u better google the universities and collect information from the students who have been already there, i mean seniors. I hope u have some approx idea about the universities which ur gonna apply. make sure u go through the process quickly since, most of the deadlineas are approaching nearer. ATB.
