    Whether I can get financial assistance for MS in USA ?

    Respectable Sir/Madam
    I have got 65% marks in Computer Engineering from Delhi University. I gave GRE score of 320 ( Verbal - 167 and Quant - 153), IELTS score of 7.5 and work experience of 2 years from Computer Sciences Corporation (and hence IT field). Please advice whether I can study in USA with financial assistance ? Financial assistance is must for me to pursue studies in USA. Which universities should I apply ?
