Thread: profile evaluation and help in selecting universities!

Hey,
I'm currently in my final semester of B.E(Electronics and Communication) . Wrote the GRE and TOEFL last semester.
GRE - 291 (quants-149, verbal -142, AWA-4.0)
TOEFL- 100 (R-21, L-22, S-27, W-30)
My aggregate till 7th semester is 62.42% (i'm not sure how much that is in terms of 4.0 GPA. can anyone tell me?)
10th - 80% CBSE
12th - 76% CBSE
Can anyone suggest universities for my profile???? I am looking for MS in Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical and Communication Engineering for the spring intake 2014.

How are these universities?:

1) New Jersey Institute of
2) SMU - Texas
3) Syracuse university - New York
4) Florida International university
5) SUNY - Inst of Tech
6) Rochester Inst. of Tech
7) Wayne State University of Tech

Are they good enough?
