Hi seniors,

My profile:
B.Tech - Computer Science -74 %
10th: 68% (CBSE)
12th: 95.2% (Intermediate)

Gave my GRE exam today.
GRE: 296.
quant: 155
verbal: 141

TOEFL: will give in Feb.

Work exp : having 2+ years of exp as software Engineer in Infosys.
Presented 2 papers in national level technical symposiums.
Organized many inter-college events during b.tech.
Received merit certificate for scoring 95.2% in intermediate.


Universities shortlisted:

Poly NYU
New Jersey Institute of Technology
University of Texas,dallas
University of Houston ,Clearlake
University of Houston ,Main campus


Suggest me with few other universities based on my profile. Also Please help me sort out universities based on my profile and course, into AMBI, MOD, SAFE.

UTD - (Reach/Safe) i almost have same profile except GRE 302 i got admit
NYU - (Ambi/Reach)
Try appling for ASU and Northwestern , IUB Ambi
Safe UTA
NJIT - Admit

Can i start applying to the universities now as it is already late for me and report toefl scores as soon as give that exam. and would like to know the chances of the universities u mentioned.

Hi,

Yes apply to universities but inform them ur exam date ok. Mail to graduate office about toefl exams.
Iowa State University -Reach
ASU and Northwestern , IUB
All these are very good universities but its AMBI for u. Apply to atleast two for AMBI

IUB - Ambi
ASU - Ambi
NorthWestern - AMbi

UTD - Ambi/Reach
Iowa - AMbi/Reach

NJIT - Safe
Illinois institute - Safe
UTA - Safe
