    Question plz evaluate proflie for MS

    GRE: 319 (V-156, Q-163, AWA-3.5)
    Toefl: yet to give (in feb'13)
    10th: 87.8%
    12th: 77.6%
    B.tech in Instrumentation engg.- 86%
    completed b.tech in 2012. no job experience, hav done internship in embedded systems and from iocl(instrumentation & control deptt.)

    interested in CONTROL SYSTEMS or SIGNAL PROCESSING.

    Kindly giv an idea to which universities i can apply. (preferably government universities)

    thank you just got my toefl result its 115/120(R-29,L-26,S-30,W-30)...should i still apply according to my gre score? as in do universities give equal wieghtage to toefl and gre score?
