Chance of Admission with No Research Paper Published

I have completed my B.E in Computer Science and Technology with 74.7%(8.21/10). I am now working in a Well-known Global Brand Company. But I'm not holding any research background. I don't have any papers published on behalf of my name. So, what are my chances of Admission to a Good Grad School in US? Please help me.

Chances are low, but getting admission without research paper is not impossible.

    Thanks for the answers.
Actually I want to apply for a Direct PhD. and I want to devote myself for research-oriented field. I am expecting a GRE Score of 315-325. So, can you suggest me some universities for PhD? or any other universities for M.S with Tuition Fee Waver or Scholarships? Please, help me. I need this badly.

You need to select universities yourself, based on your GRE, TOEFL/IELTS score.
Direct PhD have its advantage & disadvantages in case of applying and while studying.. Make your decision carefully.

Thanks pranay91. I would select it finally but right now, I just want some suggestions like a list of 10-15 prospective universities. So, that I can start looking into their websites, faculties, researches and it will help not only me but also others choosing the right one.
