    Regarding University selection and profile evaluation

    Kindly suggest me some good universities for MS in Chemical Engineering, which have low fees and have ample opportunities for funding for international students.

    Following are the details of my profile:
    1. GRE:
    Verbal: 151/170
    Quant.: 165/170
    Analytical: 3.0/6.0

    2. B.E.-Chemical GPA: 3.86/4.00

    3. yet to take TOEFL
