    3.Umass, Amherst
    4.Upenn
    5.USC
    6.NCSU
    7.UT Dallas
8.Cornell ? (I would love to apply but not sure considering the expenses, no scholarships and being a one year course, there will not be an option of working part-time..am I correct?)
    9.Columbia Univ? (in Ambitious/dream)
Also considering may be one of these for the SAFE categories:
    10. ASU/
    Univ of Arizona/
    Northeastern/
    Northwestern/
    Univ of Utah

I am looking for merit based scholarships but also good university.

The univ in bold are the ones I am sure about, which 2 (maybe 1 safe and 1 ambi?) more would you suggest I add to the list?
Also in the dream/ambi should I keep cornell or columbia or would you suggest any other?

Also could you tell me which univ offer good scholarships/ other financial aids?

But does cornell offer scholarships/other financial aid? An it being a 1 year course would mean part-time work is also not an option right? What could me the min (if some form of financial aid received) and max cost of attendance?
