    1. Penn State - v.amb
    2. NC State - amb (they look for higher GPA)
    3. Univ of Florida - amb
    4. Univ of Arizona - mod
    5. Rutgers - mod
    6. Univ of Colorado - amb/mod
    7. Univ of California, Irvine - amb
    8. Iowa State - amb
    9. Univ of Mass, Amherst - mod
    10. Univ of Illinois, Chicago - mod/safe

Just add a few safer options as well. Your GPA might hurt a little bit in case of top notch universities otherwise a fine profile to crack them.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I did pick schools with some risk as I want to take a chance. Would you consider the following programs safe for my profile?
    - Univ of Iowa (asked me to apply after pre-app)
    - Clemson Univ
    - Northeastern
    - Univ of California - Riverside (Bourns)

    Thanks again for your help!!
