LOR's uploaded for MS Applications by profs through pdf need to be on college letter head or not? My profs are uploading just normal pdf's through their official college id's. Does this work fine?
If the foreign universities had provided the professors with a unique link, then it is ok to upload as normal pdf. If the professors themselves are uploading from their email then also it is ok to be in normal pdf.
But if you are uploading the LORs into the university website or through your email, then it has to be on your current college letterhead.
And hard copy of recommendation wont be required even after the admission right? at any stage?

No. if the lors were asked to be uploaded by professors, then the university will definitely not request for a hard copy after admission.
