Why SJSU is ranked very low in this site(msinus)?.

Hi guys,

I got admit from SJSU, I would like to know why it is ranked low in this site as SJSU ranked 34th in USnews.com and also businessinsider.com has ranked SJSU 48th in the world for best engineering schools. Please help as I have got less time to decide.

Well its a pity that the university ranking list on this site has not been updated, having said that don't just rely on other websites publishing rankings. In your case, as i am familiar to your situation, you may go ahead with either of SJSU or NYU-POLY. Both offer great courses relevant to your program. A small detail that might give SJSU a nickle of advantage is "LOCATION". California being the hub of Silicon Giants. Again congratulations for your admits and go ahead choose your cards wisely.

I have received admit from Both SJSU (MS in SE) and NYU poly (MS in CS).
SJSU is cheaper for me but my sibling lives in NYC.

But apart from that factor. Which is better preferred?
