Thread: Name discrepancy

Hello Seniors,

I have doubt filling application

As per my passport

Given name: Shashank Ramasheshaiah
Last Name:Hallymysore

In applications they ask for first,middle,last name

so should i fill

First name:Shashank
Middle name: Ramasheshaiah
Last Name: Hallymysore

My records/transcripts shows my names as Shashank H R
So should i fill other names section in application?
If yes how should i fill??H R together should be last name or
H for middle and R for last name

Will this cause any problem for admissions/VI??
Please help me out with this problem.

You have to use only First and Last names. Don't use middle name.
Use full name:
First name: Shashank Ramasheshaiah
Last Name:Hallymysore
