Please evaluate my profile.

Hi, I am doing my final year B.tech Mechanical Engineering. My GRE score is 325 (v-157 and Quant-168 AWA 4.0). Also have a CGPA of 8.41. Want to do MS in mechanical engineering (Fall Sem 2013).

Writing TOEFL on Dec 15. Couldnt get it booked earlier but will start putting applications immediately after that.

I have presented a paper in a conference and a poster in another. I have 1 publication in Manufacturing Science and Technology III journal.

Can u please suggest some safe universities for me considering that i am trying for fall 2013 and that time is running out.

What are my chances of getting into
1) Ohio State university
2) UPENN
3) Texas A&M
