Retake GRE and try to get over 300!

Iam planning to apply for B- university i.e Sanjose state university and portland state university.whether the above score is sufficent to apply for these universities?

You have good GPA and work experience. Why to let them make wasted by opting to less graded universities? Try to retake GRE and cross the minimal par score, i.e 295 ( 300 is suggestible) and apply for some good university which deserves your overall academics. Also a good GRE score enables high acceptance rate of visa.
Be focuses on your next GRE and get good score.. Which will strengths your profile.

Sanjose state university and Portland state university are may or may not gettable. Even tough if you get admit, you may not get funding!
So my suggestion is to retake GRE!
