Just now completed my GRE.
Got 310/340
V-149, Q-161
TOEFL – 99/120
B.E – EEE From Govt. College Of Technology, Coimbatore. [2011 passout]
UG Scores – 9.12/10 , 87% Aggr , Univ 3rd Rank
10th – 91.55%
+2 – 96.08%

Worked in Aspire systems [IT], Chennai for 1.3 yrs – Recently Resigned.

1. Went for 1 week Workshop in IIIT Pune for Robotics.
2. Participated in Microcontroller Workshop at NIT Trichy.
3. Did my final year project for 1 month in BHEL, Trichy about Implemeting PLC Design for Existing Manual Control Machine.
4. Participated in Robotics competition in IIT Madras
5. Core IEEE Member of my college IEEE Society and Organised an 1 day Workshop for juniors
6. Did Many Mini Projects like IR Jammer and Light Sensing Robot

Extra-Curricular Activities: Playing Flute, Quizzing

Aspiring to do M.S or Preferably Ph.D in Control Systems / Robotics

Univs Applied in GRE Exam Center:
1. Georgia Tech
2. North Carolina State Univ, Raleigh
3. Ohio State Univ
4. Texas A&M College Station

Please I am completely unaware of how to apply for Univs in US. I don’t know which univ I can apply. I see you making some grouping of univs for profiles like safe, moderate and ambitious. I don’t know about that grouping. Please guide me. Above 4 univs were suggested by my friend.
