well your profile is excellent.u can get admission in all the uni mentioned above.
if scholarship is imp to u,then focus on univ of California-san diego,else georgia tech is better univ

Also my chances for direct PhD or MS with funding in these universities..

Eventhough your 5 year experience may help you expedite your chances,it is always better to include a few safe colleges as well. About Phd, well the chances at the premiere institutes are marginal but you can try applying for Phd at some safer or rather moderate colleges.

What about Arizona state, U Rutgers, Connecticut, Colorado state u, SUNY buffalo and Stony brook ?

Applying to Phd does not affect your chances of MS, if thats what your concern is.

Connecticut - safe
Colorado state - mod
SUNY Buffalo - mod/safe
Stony Brook - mod/safe

Now this is what i was talking about, addition of a few good achievable names.
