    Post F1 Visa Validity

    Hi Friends,

    I have a doubt regarding the F1 Visa-
    If we have a visa for Spring 2013 Semester for XYZ University and by some unknown reasons if the admission is deferred to Summer 2013; Can the student go to USA with his new deferred I20 Skipping the visa interview?

    Please advice.
