1. Acads 61% from MU but I had 9 Backlogs 8 in 1st yr 1 in 3rd yr

2.Work Exp of 11 months from Reputed MNC but under Software Engineering Domain and I am interested in masters in programming

3. Gre Breakup:- q-155 V 149 A 3.5
Toefl:-93

I am not able to decide which universities to apply .help appreciated.What do I need to do.Do I need to give GRE again.How can I explain my backlogs.Do I have any chances of getting into good universities or I can look only for average universities.

Some universities thought of:
Uncc
UTD
UTA
RIT
GMU
GWU
SJSU
SUNY Binghamton

What chances do I have for this universities and what to do to expect better.

UTD ambi but gettable, they ask for good btech %
UTA mod
RIT ambi
GMU ambi
GWU mod
SJSU safe
SUNY Binghamton safe
u shud add more mod univ and a couple of safe univ for ur profile.
