Please evaluate my profile to apply for Fall 2013 for MS in Computer Science

GRE---300 (Quant--157 Verbal--143)

TOEFL--- 95

B. Tech.(ECE)--- 65.4% (2 cleared back logs)

+2---- 90.4%

SSC--- 84%

Work Experience--- working as a Techinical Lead having 5+ yrs of exp with a top MNC

I have listed the following universities for the M.S in Computer Science.
Please give me the safe,Mod,High categories suitable to my profile.

3. Illinois Institute of Technology

7. Oklahoma State University – Stillwater
